160 Canadian Flags Stolen From Veteran’s Cemetery

A veterans’ memorial group in Windsor says a total of 160 Canadian flags have gone missing from the graves of soldiers. The flags were put in place by members of the Windsor Veterans Memorial Services Committee last week in the First World War section of Windsor Grove Cemetery — part of the committee’s usual preparations for Remembrance Day. On Monday, the committee learned that every flag was gone. Paul Lauzon, president of the committee, says the left is saddening and malicious, especially around Remembrance Day.
