Ariana Grande has been sued by a photographer for allegedly posting his paparazzi shots on her Instagram page. According to TMZ, snapper Robert Barbera claims the singer shared his pictures with her 154 million Instagram followers without asking for permission or paying a fee. He has filed a lawsuit demanding either the profits made from the photographs, or $25,000, whichever is greater. The photos in question, which feature her in a grey sweatshirt dress and cream boots and carrying a see-through bag emblazoned with the name of her album Sweetener, earned her almost 3.4 million likes on the social media website.
