You might hear or see some posts about Britney Spears this week. It’s thanks to a new unauthorized documentary by the New York Times called ‘Framing Britney Spears.’ The Doc, in short, really shines a horrible light on the people that were closest to her at her breaking point in 2007, and everything leading up to it. Justin Timberlake looks like a pretty big jerk, and Diane Sawyer is being dragged for a 2003 interview in which she kind of shamed Britney for her breakup when she was just 22 years old. A source says Britney has not seen it. But she is “AWARE” and her reps aren’t answering questions right now about it. Her boyfriend Sam Asghari, however, did release a statement, through PEOPLE:
“I have always wanted nothing but the best for my better half, and will continue to support her following her dreams and creating the future she wants and deserves. I am thankful for all of the love and support she is receiving from her fans all over the world, and I am looking forward to a normal, amazing future together.”
The doc is currently streaming on HULU.
