Iran’s semi-official Tasnim news agency is reporting officials have drawn up 13 sets of plans for revenge for the U.S. airstrike that killed top general Qassem Soleimani. The report quotes the secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council as saying that even the weakest among them would be a “historic nightmare” for the U.S. Ali Shamkhani is quoted as saying “If the U.S. troops do not leave our region voluntarily and upright, we will do something to carry their bodies horizontally out.” Meantime, the leader of Iran’s Revolutionary Guard told a crowd of thousands gathered for Soleimani’s funeral that Iran will “set ablaze” places supported by the United States.
These Media Posts will serve as notification to the United States Congress that should Iran strike any U.S. person or target, the United States will quickly & fully strike back, & perhaps in a disproportionate manner. Such legal notice is not required, but is given nevertheless!
