Police are searching for thieves who made off with a historic statue weighing 150 kilograms from a cemetery in Niagara Falls. Investigators believe the statue of Lieutenant General Gordon Drummond sitting on a horse was taken sometime between early Monday and Wednesday morning at the Drummond Hill Cemetery. Police are asking metal recyclers to be on the lookout for the statue. They say there was also vandalism on the cemetery grounds, but no further details were provided.
