Temperatures across the province have cooled this month, but that doesn’t mean winter is coming early. The Weather Network has released its fall forecast and it predicts a long, seasonable fall in Ontario this year. Chief meteorologist Chris Scott says the weather will accommodate leaf-viewing, camping, outdoor education and other autumnal traditions most Ontarians enjoy. Winter weather isn’t expected for a while yet, however, Scott warns that when the season does arrive the storms it brings may be intense.
