Toronto To Start Cracking Down On Late Night Beach Parties

Toronto is restricting parking at three popular beaches after 7pm on the weekends to try to crack down on late night partying where people aren’t physically distancing. The restrictions are being imposed at Marie Curtis, Humber Bay West and Cherry Beach starting today after a number of parties were busted last weekend. The city is also increasing the number of bylaw officers patrolling the beaches. Toronto police will also be increasing their presence to crack down on illegal gatherings.
