Driver In Guelph Gets A DUI After Hitting The Same Car Three Times

A DUI for a 71-year old man? Yes, it happened. Wednesday night he was driving eastbound on Highway 7, approaching Guelph, when he crossed into the westbound lanes and clipped another car, taking out the mirror. He kept driving so the driver that got hit followed him and called police. Eventually the man pulled into a parking lot. The guy that got hit tried to box the driver in until police arrived. Before they could, he reversed twice and hit the same car a second and third time. He failed the roadside breathalyzer and was charged with impaired and over .80. He goes to court on February 21st.
